Overview

Protective profile and separator sets bring together the edge profiles, corner blocks and interleaves a single shipment needs, planned as one and delivered as a kit. Instead of sourcing parts separately and matching them on the floor, every component that goes in the box is decided in advance.

Why a set

A significant share of packaging failures come from a missing or mismatched component: the profile is there but the corner block isn't, or the interleaf doesn't fit the carton. A kit removes that risk and shortens packing time, because the operator isn't hunting for which part goes where.

Deciding the contents

Product dimensions, weight, stacking arrangement and transport distance are assessed together. U- or L-profile for the edge line, blocks for the carton corners, flat separators between layers, plus cavitied pieces where needed.

Repeatability

Once defined, every shipment of that product is packed identically. That lowers the damage rate and makes packaging cost predictable.

Used together, the profile protects the edge while the packaging separator protects the face; specified as a set, every contact point inside the box is answered by one design.
