How We Work

We supply foam, EVA, XPE and PE as sheet — but the real work is cutting that material to the product it has to protect. Get the in-box layout, cavity geometry and density right and the pack takes less volume and stops arriving damaged.

Quantity and geometry decide the method: a steel-rule die for repeat work, CNC for low volumes and complex contours, waterjet for thick sections, horizontal slicing for block material. Which one suits your job becomes clear once the dimensions and quantity are fixed.

Every job starts with a sample. Cavity depth, fit tolerance and protection are verified on it, and the approved specification stays fixed on repeat orders.
