VORTEX PP corrugated sheet combines the light weight and durability of polypropylene with the rigidity of a fluted structure. It resists moisture, chemicals and impact, and is reusable. Made to project-specific weight, colour and size for dividers, layer pads, boxes, transport totes and surface/floor protection.

Dividers & Layer Pads

Cut from PP corrugated board, these dividers separate product layers on palletized shipments to prevent scratching and crush damage. Being lightweight and moisture-resistant, they are reusable and will not tear or disintegrate like paper interleaves. They are cut to any size and weight to fit each pallet pattern.

Solar Cell Carrier Boxes

PP corrugated carrier boxes and EPE foam interiors for solar cell boxes. Edge profiles and a centre divider hold the boxes still throughout shipping, protecting the cells from impact and vibration. Boxes come in natural/clear, white or black PP corrugated sheet; the foam interior in white or black EPE/EVA.
