Privacy Notice

The quote form is the only place on this site that collects personal data. When you submit it we process: your name, e-mail address, company name, telephone number, the content of your message, the product groups you are enquiring about, and the site language. Only name and e-mail are required — the rest may be left blank.

The site also uses cookie-based data for Google advertising measurement (see below), and because it is served through Cloudflare, access logs — IP address, browser, request time — are retained for technical security purposes.

Form data is processed solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate with you in that process. The legal basis is Article 5/2-c of the KVKK — processing directly related to the formation or performance of a contract. Even where an enquiry does not become a contract, the data is used for no other purpose. You are not added to any marketing list.

Form data passes through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.) so the notification e-mail can be delivered, and the site is served through Cloudflare. No transfer is made to any third party beyond those two providers. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising.

Quote requests are kept for as long as the commercial relationship and any potential dispute require, and deleted once that period ends. You may ask for your record to be deleted sooner.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, and to request that these actions be notified to the third parties concerned.

Alongside the technical cookies the site needs to function, it uses cookies for Google advertising measurement (Google Ads). That measurement code loads on every page open. A conversion is reported to Google Ads when you click the WhatsApp button or successfully submit the quote form; that report does not include what you typed into the form. Google Signals and ad personalisation signals are disabled, so no profile is built for ad personalisation.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the technical cookies may stop parts of the site working.
