EVA Roll
EVA roll is a flexible, durable closed-cell foam material produced for large-surface applications. It is widely preferred in impact absorption, surface protection, insulation and packaging applications. Available in various thicknesses, widths and densities to suit industrial needs.
Key Properties
- Flexible, durable structure
- High impact absorption
- Water & moisture resistant
- Aids heat & sound insulation
- Various thickness & width options
- Easy to process
- Suitable for industrial use
Overview
Roll EVA is thin-section EVA foam produced as a continuous roll rather than sheet. Sold by the metre and cut to any length, it lowers offcut waste and feeds continuous production lines easily.
When roll beats sheet
Roll wins where part dimensions don't fit a standard plate, where long strips are needed, or where material feeds an automatic cutting line. Sheet is more practical when many parts of one fixed size are being produced.
Thickness range
Roll form is generally limited to thinner sections; past a certain thickness the material can no longer be wound and sheet takes over. Thin roll EVA is used for surface protection, interleaving and gasket strip.
Processing
Rolls can be slit into strips, die-cut, and produced self-adhesive. Width is slit to order, so material arrives ready-sized with no further cutting at your end.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Should I buy roll or sheet?
- Roll for long strips, continuous feed, or sizes that don't fit a standard plate. Sheet wastes less when you're cutting many parts of one fixed size.
- Can it be slit to my width?
- Yes. Rolls are slit to the width you specify, so no further cutting is needed at your end.
- How thick can roll EVA be?
- Roll form is limited to thinner sections — past a point the material can't be wound and is produced as sheet instead. Tell us the thickness you need and we'll advise the right form.
This form is made to order — size, thickness and density are set by your requirement. Tell us about your product and our technical team will come back within 24 hours.
