Overview
Coloured EVA sheet is EVA foam pigmented through the mass. Because the colour is mixed into the material rather than painted on the surface, a cut edge shows the same colour, and scratching or wear doesn't expose a different shade underneath.
Presentation and brand colour
Where the interior of a box is seen, colour directly affects how the packaging reads. A cushion cut in a corporate colour presents far more coherently than standard black foam — decisive in gift, jewellery, cosmetics and promotional boxes.
Colour coding
There's an operational use as well as a visual one. Using different colours for different sizes, models or lines speeds sorting in production and in the warehouse, and makes the wrong part in the wrong box visible at a glance.
Colour stability
All foams fade somewhat under prolonged direct sunlight. If outdoor use is planned, saying so up front allows the right colour and material to be chosen.

- Is the colour only on the surface?
- No. The pigment is mixed through the mass, so a cut edge is the same colour. Scratching or wear won't reveal a different shade beneath.
- Can you match our corporate colour?
- Custom colour production is possible and is usually economical above a certain quantity. Send your colour reference and estimated volume and we'll assess it with you.
- Does coloured EVA fade in sunlight?
