Self-Adhesive EVA
Self-adhesive EVA sheets are practical protection solutions that apply easily to different surfaces thanks to their strong adhesive backing. They deliver high performance in impact absorption, vibration insulation, sealing and surface protection. Produced in various thicknesses and sizes to suit the need.
Key Properties
- Strong adhesive surface
- Easy, fast application
- Impact & vibration absorbing
- Water & moisture resistant
- Various thickness options
- Made-to-measure production
Overview
Self-adhesive EVA sheet is EVA foam with an adhesive layer applied at the factory. Peel the liner and the material bonds straight to the surface — no separate adhesive, no cure time, no squeeze-out to clean up.
Where it earns its place
It matters most where assembly speed does. Loose pieces dropped into a box shift; self-adhesive EVA stays where it was placed. On a production line that shortens labour time and makes every box come out the same.
Choosing the adhesive
The adhesive type decides the application. General-purpose acrylics are enough on most flat, clean surfaces. Low-surface-energy plastics, rough surfaces or high-temperature locations need stronger formulations. Tell us the surface and it's produced with the right tape.
Surface preparation
Bond performance depends heavily on how clean the surface is. Dust, oil and moisture all weaken it; a dry, clean surface and a few seconds of firm pressure let the bond set. Full strength usually develops within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What surfaces does it bond to?
- Metal, glass, painted surfaces, rigid plastic and timber, provided they're clean and dry. Low-surface-energy plastics (PP, PE) need the special-adhesive version.
- Can it be removed?
- The standard version is for permanent bonding; removing it can tear the material and leave residue. For applications that need repeated removal, specify a different adhesive type.
- Do you supply die-cut self-adhesive parts?
- Yes. Parts cut to your product's dimensions with an adhesive backing, so placement and fixing happen in one step on assembly.
